Middlebrook
Pike UMC offers separate nursery services for
infants,
toddlers,
and two-year olds. All nurseries are staffed by volunteers
who have been screened and trained in accordance
with our Safe Sanctuaries
policies.

Forms. Everyone
working in the Nursery needs to complete
a W-4 form. The forms are available in
the church office and need to be
returned by September 3rd to Donna.
