Thanks to everyone who helped with the Youth Lock-in last weekend! We had 35 youth participate – several of
them rising sixth graders!

Friday, July 30
Summer Lunch Bunch – 11:30 a.m. to 3:00
Come join us for food and fellowship in the food court at
West Town Mall. After lunch, those youth who can stay will
go see a movie or go shopping.
Youth are responsible for their expenses.

Sunday, August 1
8:30, 8:45, & 11:00 - Worship 9:45 – Youth Sunday School

Special Youth Group Event:
TENNESSEE SMOKIES BASEBALL GAME& CHRISTIAN CONCERT
Cost for new sixth graders: FREE!!! Everyone else:
$12.00 We will meet at MPUMC at 3:00 p.m. (game time -
5:00 p.m.), and return to the church by 10:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 4
Wednesday Night Youth Connection presents
“YOUTH VS. EXPERIENCE”
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – Meet in the gym
Several silly games and stunts will headline this event!
Not too competitive…but a lot of fun!

Saturday, August 7
Young adults leave for Haiti Mission Trip. Stay connected

the rest of us how to play it! Meet in the youth rooms.

No Wednesday night youth group on August 11.
